Jack built his career on the idea that fundraising should be easier and produce maximum results for the heroes who build tomorrow’s leaders, affording them the time and resources to doing what they do best.

President

Jack’s passion for identifying top-tier developers, fundraising professionals, & experienced customer service providers has led InstaRaise to become the industry-leading fundraising platform. With his management team, he has helped thousands of schools & non-profits raise tens of millions of dollars yearly.

InstaRaise’s SaaS fundraising software is also helping other companies to do the same. Jack is dedicated to finding simple solutions for everyday fundraising & business challenges, improving the user experience, & firmly believes that “data tells the whole story.”

Under his leadership, InstaRaise has created a culture of excellence and innovation, with a commitment to data-driven decision making to help schools, charities, & fundraising companies increase their bottom line. Jack continues to improve InstaRaise’s products, services, & customer experience to ensure it remains the go-to fundraising platform.

Ephraim Weingot

Operations Manager

Ephraim has a keen understanding of operational systems & workflow, making him an invaluable member of the InstaRaise team. With his software experience & understanding of systems guiding the team, InstaRaise is able to deliver an unparalleled fundraising experience time over time.

As the Operations Manager, Ephraim is responsible for managing software development & implementation, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly & efficiently. His dedication to operational excellence helps InstaRaise deliver exceptional service & achieve outstanding fundraising results.

Ephraim ‘s pleasant & professional personality makes him an excellent communicator with clients. His dedication to delivering outstanding customer service sets him apart as a leader in the industry.

When he’s not working, Ephraim enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family, and is committed to personal and professional growth.

Josh Koegel

Vice President of Growth

Josh Koegel is a seasoned operations & business management expert with over two decades of progressive management & sales management experience. He is passionate about finding & improving inefficient procedures, hiring hardworking & dedicated talent, & consistently striving to boost productivity.

Josh joined InstaRaise because of the company’s commitment to making fundraising easy, fun, & profitable while improving the programs that America’s youth participate in.

Josh’s expertise in hiring, leading large teams, enhancing efficiency, driving business growth, and capitalizing on revenue potential make him an invaluable asset to the InstaRaise team. His commitment to making fundraising accessible and successful for all sets him apart as a leader in the industry.

When he’s not working, Josh enjoys spending time with his family & exploring the outdoors. He is big sports fan (NY Teams) & an avid camper and loves nothing more than getting lost in the beauty of nature.

Jay Burnham

Chief Development Officer

Jay Burnham joined InstaRaise in March 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in social support and business development. With a Master’s in Social Work, Jay began his career supporting disadvantaged youth, first as an addictions counselor, and then as the founder of a foster care provider in Michigan. His innovative small batch foster care model kept hundreds of youth out of institutional settings and kept them in homes and community schools, vastly improving their quality of life.

Jay also acquired a decades old home services company, and revamped it with a full suite of technological and process driven changes. At InstaRaise, Jay leverages his strategic vision to simplify and enhance fundraising for schools and teams. His expertise in market analysis and team leadership is invaluable
to our mission.

Outside of work, Jay enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and traveling to beautiful natural destinations. We are excited about the transformative impact Jay will bring to InstaRaise.
