  2. Add your campaign details - the school, group, and team name printed on your card.
  3. Share your contact info - your full name and an email address you check regularly. Prize details are delivered by email.
  4. Upload a clear photo of your scratched card showing the full code. Good lighting and a steady shot help us verify faster.
  5. Review the acknowledgments at the bottom of the form and check each confirmation box before submitting.
  6. Submit your claim. We verify your card against the fundraiser's records and, if everything checks out, email your prize within a few business days.
