As a service provider to schools, InstaRaise acts as a “school official” with legitimate educational interest and uses student information solely to support fundraising activities, reporting, and participation tracking. We collect only the minimum necessary data (such as student name and group affiliation), do not sell or use student information for unrelated commercial purposes, and restrict access to authorized school personnel and approved platform staff. InstaRaise maintains appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data, and discloses student information only as directed by the school or as required by law. Schools retain control over student data and may request its deletion in accordance with applicable policies.
