Official Program Rules
Program: InstaRaise Apparel Credit Program (“Program”)
Sponsor: Joint Marketing Solutions, LLC d/b/a InstaRaise, 125 Richmond Place, Lawrence, NY 11559 (“InstaRaise”).
Eligibility. Open to K-12 schools, school-affiliated teams, booster clubs, and bona fide youth-sports organizations located in the 50 U.S. states/DC (each, a “Group”). Entry and redemption must be made by an adult (18+) coach, administrator, or parent/guardian who is authorized to act for the Group (“Authorized Contact”). Void where prohibited.
Program Period. Begins upon public posting and continues until terminated or modified by InstaRaise in its sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Program rules page.
How to Qualify.
a. The Group must launch a fundraiser on the InstaRaise platform (“Kickoff”).
b. During the 21-day Qualification Window starting at Kickoff (12:00:00 a.m. ET on Day 1 to 11:59:59 p.m. ET on Day 21), the fundraiser must process $5,000 or more in Eligible Receipts.
c. Eligible Receipts are gross dollars processed through the InstaRaise platform for that fundraiser (donations and/or product sales). Amounts collected offline, external platform sales, taxes, tips, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and shipping are excluded. If post-qualification refunds/chargebacks reduce Eligible Receipts below $5,000 within 30 days after Day 21, the credit is void and may be reversed.
d. Limit one (1) credit per Group per rolling 12-month period and per fundraiser.Apparel Store Requirement. To receive the credit, the Group must (i) agree to set up an InstaRaise year-round print-on-demand apparel store with custom designs; (ii) complete store setup within 30 days of qualification; and (iii) keep the store active for at least 90 days after issuance. Failure to meet any requirement voids the credit.
Credit; Fulfillment. Qualifying Groups receive a $300 InstaRaise POD apparel store credit (“Credit”). The Credit is issued to the Authorized Contact within 10 business days after InstaRaise verifies qualification and confirms store setup. The Credit may be applied to product pricing and standard shipping for purchases from the Group’s InstaRaise POD store; taxes and expedited shipping are excluded. The Credit is not cash, not transferable, not assignable, and not combinable with other promotions or credits. No change or cash back. Unused value expires 90 days after issuance unless prohibited by law.
Audit; Verification. InstaRaise may require documentation and conduct audits to verify eligibility, receipts, and store setup. InstaRaise may disqualify any Group for suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Rules.
Publicity. By participating, the Group and Authorized Contact consent to InstaRaise’s use of Group name, logo, city/state, and fundraising/store results for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Taxes. Any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations arising from the Credit are the Group’s sole responsibility.
General. InstaRaise may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time. InstaRaise is not liable for technical issues or events beyond its control. Governing law: New York; venue and jurisdiction in state/federal courts located in New York. If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
